Following an update from Oil & Gas UK’s Fiscal Policy Manager (Romina Mele Cornish) on the Treasury’s current Tax Consultation, Stefan Ricketts – Enquest General Counsel – and Chris Sawyer, Managing Counsel BP North Sea, will address challenges and opportunities including decommissioning liabilities, and lead a workshop exercise on a sale transaction.
The afternoon’s focus will turn to “blackletter law” and Brexit topics.
