Is collaboration key to developing a culture of continuous improvement?
This year’s Continuous Improvement seminar will explore the importance of successful collaboration in driving a culture of continuous improvement. The seminar will align with the Efficiency Task Force (ETF) – a group run for industry, by industry; to evidence, promote and provide access to best efficiency practices together with members of the continuous improvement network and industry efficiency champions.
Led by Petrofac’s Walter Thain, chairman of the ETF, the roster of experts will include Nexen’s Mike Backus who will explore how culture and workforce engagement can deliver sustainable results. Stephen Marcos Jones, of Oil & Gas UK will share collaboration learnings drawn from the Deloitte collaboration survey data.
You will also have the chance to hear examples of successful collaborative continuous improvement approaches in action including ECITB Project Collaboration Toolkit Projects, Bibby Offshore’s Logistics Case Study and more.
If you would be interested in showcasing positive case studies your organisation has achieved, please contact the ETF team to discuss further opportunities including poster sessions during the networking breaks.
